Teaching Learning and Thinking
I believe sonner or later, the school will focus on the development of this area. It is crucial for school to start considering the critical thinking skills for students. Therefore, I did a bit research about it and I found this interesting article from Microsoft about promote critical thinking in ICT.

SmartBoard Workshop in High School
Besides doing workshop in elementary unit, I also involved in a workshop about SmartNotebook in high school. This workshop aimed to develop high school teachers’ skills in using SmartBoard o support teaching and learning. It ran well and lots of teachers learnt a lot from this workshop. I created a Smartnotebook file which may help them to learn basic skills of using Smart Notebook.
PYP Dunia Job Alike - Jakarta April 2011
Learning about Information Literacy and its relation with ICT opened my perpective more about this particular subject and how important it is to support our learning especially in PYP program. From the workshop I learnt about what information literacy is in general and how it implementation in real classroom context. This workshop opens more perception about the way we integrate certain subject like Information Literacy and ICT in PYP curriculum. Below is the sample of my work during the workshop. During my trip in Jakarta, I also did a library visit to find out the possibilityof e-library implementation for next school year.

This era is absolutely different with the era that we are learning. Now almost everything comes in digital with technology that maybe we only could just imagine back then. But now it’s real and we have to face it by responding and show positive action toward these changes.
What is digital portfolio?
Digital Portfolio is collection of work to show your development, progress and achievement overtime in the format of digital file, instead of paper based.

Vision for Information and Communication Technology in Sekolah Ciputra
After understanding the school vision toward technology, this year I really focused to do research on how to build good ICT school. There are lots of aspect that need to be considered when school has intiative to develop the technology to support the teaching learning program such as: the infrastructure need to be strengthen, the tools and the equipments with the latest technology should be provided, the human resource development must become one of the target, and of course a curriculum to support those technologies to become applicable. This would be the top priority in my job list to see how our school possibility to develop this area and become more competitive in this modern technology era.
Below is my action plan to develop ICT in our school

Form the action plan above, I have built some strategies to achieve the goals which are mentioned in the document. The next step was to find out how our school condition regarding with ICT equipment and resources availability, the teachers' needs toward ICT, the use of ICT at school, and of course the implementation of ICT into teaching and learning. I had an idea to do a survey to all teaching staff around the school, since they are the one who know exactly what the school needs regarding with technology . Besides, I also tried to find out data about ICT equipment availability around the school with the help of Library staff with some analysis and few description of each equipment. Below are the survey sheet that I use and also my observation result on the ICT equipments and peripheral at school.

After I got the result from the survey and observation that I did, I started to do analysis and further research on the recommendation for what aspects that school need to focused in order to achieve its vision to improve the technology. The presentation below is the summary of the result along with some strategic plan which I offered to school to implement the important aspects of ICT.

Focusing on PYP Students Attitudes
Students' attitudes hold an important role in students' ;learningdevelopment, also as part of the key elements in PYP. Therefore, I did research on how to empower these 12 attitudes to students, then I found these documents (from Alpine Elementary, USA) that might be useful for our school to try some approach or engagement to improve students' attitudes. I have used them for my teaching practices and try to include it in the learning environment/my class too. Here are some examples
